In the dangerous line of work of being a firefighter, sometimes we are saddened and shocked when the worst occurs – Line of Duty Death. The Bolivar County Volunteer Fire Department holds one firefighter in our memory as the only Line of Duty Death in the department’s history.

Firefighter Frazier is a member of the Scott Station (Battalion 3) and was tragically electrocuted on scene.
